Acu-Yoga is a therapeutic mixture of acupressure and yoga, which helps to relax muscle tension and balance the vital energy of the body using various postures, pressure points, and stretches. Believed to also help promote a healthy balance of life energy or chi. Other uses for acu-yoga include pain relief and improved circulation.

QUALIFICATIONS/ELIGIBILITY : Secondary or Practical experience in Acupressure & Yoga.
AGE : Minimum 18 years.

EXAM MODE / METHOD : After completion of the course, an online exam will be conducted. Exam patterns will be MCQs.(multiple choice question). You have to clear the exam for getting your certificate (min. 40% or 'C' grade).
INTERNSHIP : Internship at Centre (Local City or Nearest area)
